Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking included.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays. We're a small brand and we watch every order — if yours seems stuck, write to us at info@tawaby.com and we'll track it down personally.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders over $40 CAD. Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate shown at checkout. Rates are calculated and displayed before you pay — no surprises.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once an order ships, we can't reroute it.
