Our 30-day promise
We want you to love your Tawaby products. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to reach out at info@tawaby.com.
Because these are cosmetic products, hygiene comes first:
- Unopened, unused products — full refund or exchange, no stress. Just contact us first for return instructions.
- Opened or used products — for hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be returned. But if something's wrong, don't just eat the cost — message us. We make things right.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item — photo to us within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund, no return shipping needed. Our mistake, our cost.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For damaged or defective items, we approve your refund as soon as we receive your photo — no need to ship anything back first.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns of unopened products, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For our mistakes, we cover everything.
